Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final:
Pittador Brews has a no-refund policy. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any products once the order is completed. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement for the damaged or defective item, but no refunds will be issued. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to process the claim.
